Powder compound of different seasonings for meat burgers. Balanced mix of natural spices and additives.
Use: In the manufacture of BURGER MEAT
How to use: At the maximum dose of 35g per kg of meat paste. Add to the dough 30g of cereals and / or vegetables. See manufacturing instructions.
Composition: Salt (<= 53%), cereals (corn) (29%), dextrose, spices, sodium sulfite E-221 (<= 1.2% SO2), ascorbic acid E300, sodium citrate E-331, aroma *, cochineal E-120 (<= 0.2%).
