Product in powder made of a balanced mixture of seasonings, natural spices and additives necessary for the manufacture of meat skewers.
For food use
How to use:
Chop the meat into the desired size
Transfer to the meat mixer with water and knead
Add the CEYLAMIX 130 and the FLAVOREX 3000. Knead until the pieces of meat are completely impregnated.
Puncture the pieces of meat with the needles to the effect. Once the Moorish skewer is formed, it is considered convenient to pour it over melted butter, warm or seed oil.
Pack and store quickly in refrigeration
