Description
Steak knife. Stainless steel, the main material in which everyday cutlery is made, provides almost infinite resistance and durability.
Varied designs for every situation and for all tastes in order to dress any table.
Martensitic stainless steel blades, with high Chromium content, with excellent mechanical characteristics, reaching a minimum hardness of 48 HRc. Average composition: 0.30% carbon (C); 13.70% chromium (Cr); 0.30% manganese (Mn); 0.20% silicon (Si).
The handles are made of different materials depending on the model: compressed wood sheets impregnated with phenolic resin, stainless steel and polypropylene, in order to improve the water resistance, hardness and durability of the piece in the dishwasher.
In the case of rivets, they can be made of stainless steel wax drop, brass or aluminium tongue and groove rivets, depending on the model.
