Fast and reliable communications between scales, with PC and also with mobile devices, through the new DWS (Dibal Web Server) application. The MISTRAL Series has been designed with both users and technical assistance services in mind:

– Drill-Down menus.

– Menus printed on the scale.

– Direct access keys to the programming menus: to change a price, add a new PLU or salesperson, obtain a sales report…

– Direct access to 999 PLUs on the keyboard.

– Search for PLUs by name or code: by typing the initial characters of the name or code, the display shows the matching items (model M-520).

– 2 programmable “Macros” (M-520): recording of a sequence of keys, to create a “shortcut” to any task: change of batch number, entry of programming parameters, ticket reopening, listings…

– Security: configurable passwords. High resolution and high speed 2″ (54 mm) printers: up to 100 mm/second (80 mm/second on M-510).

Tickets:

– Up to 40 lines.

– 2 fixed formats + 1 programmable (M-520) (only 2 fixed on M-510 models).

– 4 logos per ticket (M-520).

– Name of the seller (M-520).

– 9 payment modes.

– Total in €uros, old national currency and 2 other currencies.

– Discount per line and total.

– Customers on account (M-520). The MISTRAL Series scales can print, on tickets and labels, EAN-13 and GS1 DataBar barcodes.

In addition, the M-520 models allow the connection of a scanner, electrically powered by the scale itself (5 VDC), for the reading of these barcodes.

If this option is activated, the scale keeps a copy of each of the printed tickets, allows the printing of a list of them and their sending to a PC, and keeps the consecutive ticket numbers throughout the fiscal period.

– Sending of information to PC. Communication between scales and between scales and PC is via ETHERNET TCP/IP or, optionally, via Wi-Fi (802.11) or HOMEPLUG.

The use of an Access Point is not necessary for Wi-Fi communications, as the internal Wi-Fi module of the scales can be configured as such.

Interconnection of up to 10 scales per section (5 in model M-510), in “master + slaves” or “master + submaster + slaves” configuration. Applications under Windows, to connect the MISTRAL Series scales to the computer:

– RMS+DLD: scale programming, label/ticket design (DLD), as well as commercial management and management of the data received from the scales (lists, invoicing, warehouses, customers, offers, etc).

– DFS+DLD: programming of scales, design of labels/tickets (DLD), sending/receiving data and fully customisable lists. Ease of use, high communication speed and simultaneous sending of data to all scales.
