The ham fat catcher is used for the collection of the fats and oils that the leg produces in its drying, storage or exhibition in the shops.
Our ham fat catcher is fixed by a skewer on the lower part of the ham. Its two-piece removable system, glass and skewer, allow us to empty the contents easily.
They can be customized with the company logo in several inks.
